Michita Toda is in his second season as assistant athletic trainer at Seton Hall. Toda will work on a day-to-day basis with the women's soccer, baseball, and golf programs as well as working with the rest of the sports medicine staff to oversee injury and illness prevention with all of the Pirates' teams.
Toda came to Seton Hall after spending a year as assistant athletic trainer at Fairleigh Dickinson University. He also gained experience as a graduate assistant at Syracuse University and Boston University.
A 2006 graduate of Quinnipiac, Toda went on to get his master's in Health Education from Boston University in 2009. He obtained his advanced specialization as a Corrective Exercise Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine in 2010. He is certified as an athletic trainer by the Board of Certification and is licensed in the state of New Jersey by the Board of Medical Examiners. Toda is a member of the National Athletic Trainers' Association, the Eastern Athletic Trainers' Association, and the Athletic Trainers' Society of New Jersey.
