SOUTH ORANGE, N.J. — One hundred and one Seton Hall student-athletes were named to the 2008 fall semester Dean’s List by earning a Grade Point Average of 3.400 or higher. The announcement was made by Seton Hall University on Friday.

Fifteen of the seventeen Seton Hall athletic teams are represented on the Dean’s List and eight teams earned a 3.000 GPA or higher. Overall, among the men’s teams, the golf team earned the highest GPA for the semester with a 3.408, while the women’s soccer team earned the highest GPA among women’s team with a 3.653.

Also earning above a 3.000 were volleyball with a 3.470, softball with a 3.411, women’s swimming and diving with a 3.310, men’s swimming and diving with a 3.193, men’s soccer, with a 3.117, and tennis with a 3.096.
