2008-09:  Ineligible due to NCAA transfer regulations.  Did not play in games, but was eligible to practice.

2007-08 (at
Missouri):  Averaged 11.0 points, 3.3 rebounds and 2.4 assists in all-32 games as a sophomore... Led the team in minutes played at 29.2 and topped 30 minutes 17 times, including 10 of his last 11 games... Made 20 starts, including 12 consecutive to close the season... Shot 46.8 percent from the floor in league action, which ranked among team leaders and tops amongst all guards... Was a good foul shooter at 75.8 percent on the year and his 77 assists ranked third on the club... Ranked fourth on the team with 29 steals... Topped the 20-point plateau twice, initially a 24-point effort at Texas Tech, before scoring 25 points in an ESPN Big Monday telecast at Kansas... Hit 10-of-13 shots in Allen Field House, while unleashing a season high six assists... Excelled on the road as a sophomore, scoring 19 points at Nebraska and Baylor, in addition to his 20-point outbursts at Texas Tech and Kansas... Also scored 18 points in the win over Texas, including a stretch of 10 straight tallies in the first half on back-to-back treys.

 

2006-07 (at Missouri):  Mizzou's top freshman guard since Kareem Rush and finished the season averaging 9.7 points, 2.9 rebounds, 1.9 assists and 1.2 steals per game... Showed his ability to perform in the clutch with his game-winning bucket against Oklahoma at Mizzou Arena... Suffered through an injury-riddled early portion of the season... Rebounded nicely once fully healthy and finished the season on a run of eight consecutive double-figure scoring games, which was the most by a freshman since Rush in 1999-2000... Finished the year averaging 13.9 points on 49.5 percent shooting from the floor and 47.7 percent shooting from three-point range over his last 11 contests... That average was second on the club and his field goal and three-point percentage during that stretch was tops on the team among guards... Named the Big 12's Rookie of the Week on Feb. 19 after averaging 21.0 points, 8.0 rebounds and 2.0 assists in wins over Baylor and at No. 18 Oklahoma State... Led the Tigers at OSU with 18 points on 8-of-11 shooting... Poured in a career high 24 points on 9-of-13 shooting in the win over Baylor... Reached double-figures in scoring 16 times, including 14 points in a nationally-televised contest with Arkansas.

 

High School/Personal:  Earned First Team All-State recognition by the Newark Star-Ledger and was ranked among the Top 101 players nationally by Rivals.com... Nicknamed the "Human Pogostick" for his acrobatic dunks and athleticism... Earned First Team All-Area, First Team All-Senior and First Team All-Essex County by the Star-Ledger after averaging 31.2 points during his senior season... Those 31.2 points per game were tops in the state of New Jersey and his 843 total points helped him become just the third player in Essex County history to clear 2,000 points for a career... Entered his senior campaign as the program's lone returning starter, but still paced the club to a 24-3 mark... Earned national recognition following his senior campaign and was an honorable mention prep All-American.
