Over 320 people attended the Inaugural Pirate Blue Beefsteak Tip-Off Dinner.  The night was a fun-filled opportunity for alumni and former student-athletes to mingle with current student-athletes and guests of the extended Pirate Blue family.  Coach Gonzalez and Coach Mangina offered inspiring words about the potential for success for this upcoming seasons.  The spirits were high and the anticipation for the start of the season was boosted. Attendees were impressed with the unique Seton Hall sport's experiences up for auction and of course, the highlight of the evening was the beefsteak!  Overall, the food was great, the atmosphere was upbeat and the evening was a smash!

Pirate Blue thanks all the attendees for their support of Seton Hall University Athletics.  We look forward to seeing you again at next year's Beefsteak Tip-Off Dinner, which will be scheduled for October 2010.  Pirate Blue extends a special thank you to our sponsors: Canon Business Services, Gourmet Dining L.L.C, Material Management International, Inc., MTM Resources and Zimmerer, Murray, Conyngham and Kunzier.
