Tom Orbacz joined the Seton Hall athletics staff in June of 2011 in his current position of Asst. Director of Facilities and Operations, where he works closely with the Assistant Athletics Director of Facilities and Operations, Dan Velez.

He came to the Hall after two years of serving duel roles as the Facilities and Operations Assistant and assistant men's soccer coach at his alma mater, Iona College.

A 2008 graduate with a degree in finance, Orbacz also holds an M.B.A. in business management and a post graduate certificate in sports and entertainment management. He also possesses a United States Soccer Federation (USSF) "C" Coaching License.   

As an undergrad, he played three years for the Gaels' soccer squad, splitting time between goalkeeper and defender after spending his freshman season at West Virginia University. Orbacz was named IC's team captain for his senior campaign.

After completing his collegiate career, Orbacz played a stint as a professional with the Minnesota franchise of the United Soccer Leagues (USL).

Orbacz hails from Congers, N.Y., and is a graduate of New Jersey powerhouse Don Bosco Preparatory High School where he played soccer for the Ironmen.
