Khyl Farrison is in his second season as a Strength & Conditioning Coach at Seton Hall University, working primarily with the men's basketball program. Like many of the men's basketball staff, Farrison came to the Pirates from Iona College after spending two years as the Gaels Head Strength and Conditioning Coach.

Farrison is be responsible for the design and implementation of weight training and all other aspects of athletic performance for men's basketball and other athletics programs.

At Iona, Farrison oversaw the athletic performance for the department's 22 athletics programs. He was also solely responsible for the management of Iona's varsity weight room.

Prior to joining Iona, he held the same position at Manhattanville College. Farrison has also served as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Yale, where he designed and implemented strength-training programs for 12 varsity men's and women's programs and assisted Yale's Head Strength and Conditioning Coach. In 2005-06, Farrison spent worked as the Graduate Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Alabama-Birmingham, where he designed strength programs for the Division I softball and men's tennis teams.

Farrison earned his Associates Degree at Rockland Community College before picking up his Bachelor's Degree in Sports Science from Long Island University in 2004. Farrison is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association, Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Association and National Academy of Sports Medicine and is CPR-AED certified.

A native of Suffern, N.Y., Farrison resides in Rockland County.
