Bridgette Cahill
Position: Assistant Athletics Director / Compliance

Bridgette Cahill joins the Seton Hall University staff for her first year as Assistant Athletics Director, Compliance. A 2006 graduate of Brown University in Providence R.I., Cahill recently completed her Masters of Science in Sport and Recreation Management at Temple University.

Cahill will handle all day to day compliance monitoring such as phone logs, official visits, and practice logs. She will assist with all educational materials for the athletics staff and outside offices; in addition to updating policy manuals and accessibility to department forms. She will also be involved with interpretive issues for the athletics staff.

While at Temple, Cahill was promoted to Compliance and Student Services Graduate Extern following her work as a volunteer for the department. In her role, Cahill was responsible for serving as a liaison between the university and the athletics department while also ensuring the compliance of all varsity programs with NCAA and conference legislation. She also worked closely with the Owls' student-athletes and helped develop and coordinate various community service opportunities.

While at Brown, Cahill was a four year standout member of the Bears' women's swimming & diving team. She appears on the list of the top-15 times in school history in four different individual events, including holding the fifth fastest 400-yard individual medley time. As a student, Cahill was also an active member of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) and remains active in the Bears' athletics community as a member of the women's swimming & diving mentoring program.
