SOUTH ORANGE, N.J. - Men's junior swimmer Kevin Webster (Leawood, Kan.) was named the BIG EAST Male Swimmer of the Week for the week-ending November 3.  The announcement was made by the BIG EAST Conference on Wednesday, November 4.

During the four-team meet between Seton Hall, Georgetown, Loyola, and Lafayette on Saturday, October 31 - the team's third meet of the year - Webster added three more first place finishes to bring his season total to eight.  He began the afternoon by recording a first place time in the 100-yard backstroke event with a BIG EAST season top-time of 0:49.43, and would later add to it with first place finishes in the 200-yard backstroke and 200-yard individual medley.

In addition to currently owning the top time in the conference in the 100-yard backstroke, Webster also entered Tuesday ranked 16th in the nation in the event.
