PROVIDENCE, R.I. - Sophomore Meghan Matusiak (Winfield, Ill.) was named to the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll for the second straight week time after helping the Seton Hall volleyball team split a pair of road matches.

Matusiak played arguably her finest all-around match on Sunday at DePaul, helping the Pirates stay in the race for the BIG EAST Championship. She posted 17 kills, 14 digs, a career-high six aces, along with four blocks in a five-set victory on the road. With Seton Hall trailing 2-1 in the match, the opposite hitter carried the Pirates with six kills with no errors on 15 attacks (.400 attack percentage) to force a deciding fifth set. Matusiak also had a fine performance at Notre Dame on Saturday, recording 11 kills and four blocks in four sets. For the week, she averaged a respectable 3.11 kills, 2.00 digs, and 0.89 blocks per set.

Cincinnati's Annie Fesl was tabbed as BIG EAST Player of the Week, while Lola Arslanbekova  from Louisville garnered Freshman of the Week honors.
