Jessica Guerririo joined the Seton Hall University ticket office staff in August, 2011, as the Assistant Ticket Manager. Prior to that she spent two years as an administrative assistant for the Seton Hall University varsity athletic administration.

As the assistant ticket manager, Guerriero is responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the ticket office including the processing of ticket orders for men's and women's basketball in addition to supervising student and game-day employees and distributing player-guest admission for men's and women's basketball away and postseason contests.

As an administrative assistant at Seton Hall, Guerriero gained experience in nearly every facet of the varsity athletic department's administration, where she worked with the business and finance office, compliance, facilities and operations and the coaching staff.

Guerriero graduated from Seton Hall University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Sport Management. She was a student worker for Seton Hall's athletic communications office for three years and also completed several internships with Madison Square Garden as a staffing intern, a member of the New York Rangers game-night staff and a season subscriptions intern.

She resides in Westfield, N.J., and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Education and Human Services at Seton Hall.
