Zachary Romash came to Seton Hall University as a graduate assistant in the office of Academic Services in August, 2011, where he provides academic support for Seton Hall's varsity student-athletes.

Romash graduated from Franklin and Marshall College in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts in history. He received his Master of Arts in Teaching and NJCEAS from Drew University in 2010, and is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Higher Education Leadership, Management and Policy at Seton Hall, with an expected graduation date of 2014.

Prior to coming to Seton Hall, Romash spent one year as a Social Studies teacher at Haddon Heights High School, where he taught ninth-grade world history. He also completed suburban and urban field work at Chatham High School and Greater Newark Charter School where he observed classes in addition to working with small groups of students and tutoring.

Romash was a four-year varsity letterwinner in football at Franklin & Marshall, and was voted as the team captain in 2008 when he earned All-Centennial Conference Honorable Mention honors.

He participated in a mentoring program at Fulton Elementary as an undergraduate and implemented an education-based summer camp for special needs and at-risk students at Manheim Central School District in 2009.

Romash currently resides in Haddonfield, N.J.
