SOUTH ORANGE, N.J. – Seton Hall has announced that season-tickets for the 2007-08 men’s basketball season are now on sale to the general public for its inaugural season at Prudential Center in Newark, N.J.  Tickets can be purchased by calling 973-275-HALL. The Pirates also unveiled the team’s non-conference schedule.

Seton Hall will tip-off the 2007-08 campaign on Sunday, November 11 vs. in-state rival Monmouth at Prudential Center.  In addition to the Hawks, the Pirates will host St. Peter’s, James Madison, North Carolina State, Delaware State, Morgan State, as well as Robert Morris and Loyola (Md.) as a part of the Philly Classic.

Eight teams comprise the field for the inaugural Philly Classic.  Seton Hall will host Robert Morris on Sunday, November 18 and Loyola (Md.) on Tuesday, November 20, both at Prudential Center.  The Pirates final two games of the Philly Classic will be held at The Palestra in Philadelphia.  Seton Hall will play Navy on November 23 and the winner or loser of the Pennsylvania/Virginia game (depending on the outcome of the Navy game) on November 24.

Other non-conference road opponents for the Pirates include Princeton, St. Mary’s (Calif.) and Penn State.

Seton Hall season-ticket holders can look forward to an outstanding slate of BIG EAST home opponents this season as well.  The Pirates will host Cincinnati, Connecticut, DePaul, Louisville, Marquette, Notre Dame, Rutgers, USF and Syracuse.  In all, Seton Hall will host 17 games at Prudential Center this season. 

All tip times and dates for BIG EAST opponents will be announced at a later date.
